Yes. When you load a list on the Manage/Lists tab, give your list a descriptive name.
When preparing your email, add a new segment on Campaigns/Step 4 Select Recipients.
Under the Rules section select Contact List Is in the drop down box, then select the list name you want to use and save the segment.
Afterwards, select the segment added in the table above to deliver your email to this list.
