To export all your contacts in NCR Customer Connect, navigate to Manage/Contacts and change the filters to look the same as below, then click on the Export To .CSV/.PDF link.

You can export all contacts to a .CSV/.PDF file format. The .CSV format can be viewed and sorted using Excel. Change the filters to export specific contacts. For example change Status: to Active, to view active contacts only. You can change several filters at one time and press refresh to view a more targeted list of contacts too. The exported file provides more data, than seen on the Manage/Contacts page.
The file includes:
- Email Address - contact's email address
- Customer Number - contact's NCR Counterpoint customer number, if they have one
- First Name - contact's first name
- Last Name - contact's last name
- Address Line 1 - contact's address
- Address Line 2 - contact's address
- Address Line 3 - contact's address
- City - contact's city
- State - contact's state/province
- Zip - contact's zip/postal code
- Country - contact's country
- Opt In Date -
- the date the contact opted in/subscribed to your emails
- the date entered in an uploaded CSV file or
- the data from the POS customer record (V7 "Marketing?" flag/V8 "Opt out of marketing emails" flag)
- Opt Out Date -
- the date the contact opted out/unsubscribed from your emails
- the date entered in an uploaded do not mail CSV file or
- the date from the POS customer record (V7 "Marketing?" flag/V8 "Opt out of marketing emails" flag)
- Company Alias - if using the multi-company functionality this is the last company the contact shopped at
Note:
Address Line 1, 2, 3, City, State, Zip & Country - provides all users the ability to do direct mailers.
Company Alias - added for multi-company users so they can view which company the contact belongs to.
