NCR Customer Connect supports:
- JPG, GIF and PNG image types
- images up to 600 pixels wide
- images up to 350 KB in size
- zip files as long as it contains < 10 MB of images
Use any photo/imaging software to change the quality of the image so that it is the correct size and image type, prior to importing it into NCR Customer Connect.
If the image does not meet the guidelines NCR Customer Connect will display a message when you attempt to upload it in the software.
