Navigate to Campaigns/Step 6 Edit Content, click on the section of the email where you’d like to add an expiration date, the Edit Text box will be displayed. Within the Edit Text box click on the location you’d like to add the expiration date. Click on the Insert Variable drop down box, located on the top right. In the drop down box you will find two variables for expiration date: ##SendDatePlus0## and ##SendDatePlus30##. Select one of these variables and verify it’s displayed in the correct location. If it isn’t in the correct location you can always move it like you would any other text.
##SendDatePlus0## - adds an expiration date equal to the send date
##SendDatePlus30## - add an expiration date equal to the send date + 30 days
If you would like the expiration date to be different from the options available, you can change it by simply editing the text to change the number. For example, to make the expiration date equal to the send date + 10 days the variable would look like this: ##SendDatePlus10##. Be careful that the format of the variable is correct.
