Which Campaigns get displayed on the Dashboard?

The three most recent non-recurring Campaigns are displayed on the Dashboard.

A non-recurring Campaign consists of non-recurring emails.
An email is non-recurring if the "Enable Recurrence" option is not selected on Campaigns/Step 8.

  • If a Campaign consists of multiple emails all emails must be non-recurring for it to be displayed on the Dashboard.
  • If an email's recurrence schedule has ended the email is still considered recurring, so any Campaigns that include a recurring email, will not be displayed on the Dashboard.

Here are some examples that help clarify how it works:
  • 2 or more emails are created within a Campaign
    • 1 email is recurring
    • 1 email is non-recurring and was sent yesterday, making it one of the 3 most recent non-recurring emails

This Campaign would not be displayed on the Dashboard because there's at least 1 email within the Campaign that was sent as recurring.

  • 1 email is created within a Campaign
    • The email is recurring

This Campaign would not be displayed on the Dashboard because it's a recurring email.

  •  1 email is created within a Campaign
    • The email is non-recurring

This Campaign would be displayed on the Dashboard because it's a non-recurring email.

Tip: To make sure your most recent non-recurring emails are displayed on the Dashboard, make sure the email is created in a Campaign that does not contain any recurring emails.
