Which Emails Are Active?
Have you ever wondered which of your campaigns or emails are active
 
You no longer need to click on each campaign to search for active emails. NCR Customer Connect has added a new column to Campaign/Step 1 labeled Active Emails. This column includes the number of emails, associated to the campaign, that are active. 


On Campaign/Step 2, you'll also find a check mark indicating which of the emails are active.


After the email is sent, the check mark on Campaign/Step 2 is removed and the number of Active Emails decrease on Campaign/Step 1.
