About Our Yeast Selection
In case you weren't aware, our goal is to maintain a highly diverse collection of yeast for all of your homebrewing needs. We carry yeast in three different forms, either dry (Lallemand, Fermentis, Red Star), liquid (White Labs), or liquid starter (Wyeast). We carry Private Collection yeast strains from Wyeast and currently have in stock their Farmhouse, West Coast IPA, and Belgian Schelde Ale while carrying their staples such as the American Ale, French Saison, and Irish Ale varieties. We also keep in stock a large variety of strains from White Labs. Some of the strains we have in stock now are their Berliner Weiss, American Farmhouse, Belgian Saison, and San Diego Super Yeast. In addition from White Labs and Wyeast we keep in stock fresh packages of Lactobacillus and three varieties of Brettanomyces.
