Our Homebrewing Selection is Expanding!
In order to meet the demand of our enlightened home brewing community, we are adding more variety to our stock of kits, ingredients, and equiptment, including new wine making kits.
Onestep No Rinse Cleanser is back in stock for lighter duty cleaning and we now have a 4lb container of the Five Star PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) as well.
We have several new LD Carlson Co. Malts including the Meussdoerffer Sour Malt and the Briess Special Roast Malt.
We now carry two types of infusion spirals as well as oak chips in a range of toasts to capture that oak barrel aged flavor!
We have three new styles of Brewers Best Kits and they are the Chocolate Milk Stout, Munich Helles and Russian Imperial Stout.
There are two new kinds of New Simplicity Belgian Candi Sugars, Premium Blonde, and Premium Extreme Dark. These 100% fermentable sugars add color and a higher alcohol content to your brew.
More varieties of HOPUNION Pelletized 1Lb Hops have been stocked.
And just so you know we will be getting more Deluxe Homebrew Kits in soon!
Soon we will be taking part in a great program from Whitelabs, one of our yeast providers. "The Freshness Assurance Program" will help us provide the very freshest yeast available, by which Whitelabs will take back their stock of yeast that has gone past its use date and provide fresh yeast in its place.
Since we began selling Homebrewing Supplies at our Gateway Store in 2012, there has been continued interest and support from the home brewing community in the area. The Homebrewing section of our Gateway store provides a unique atmosphere where customers can enjoy having a beer at the tavern while thinking about what they'll need for their next great brew creation, as well as seek the expert advice of Ian Conboy, our home brewing advisor and bartender. Cheese Special

Coffee Special
Honduras Marcala FTO
The fragrance of this coffee when ground is caramel, vanilla, corn, and melon. The aroma of the brewed coffee is more straightforward: vanilla, butter, nuts, and pepper. Its flavor is sweet and features lots of semisweet chocolate character, together with ripe stone fruits--peach, nectarine, and apricot. The coffee’s body is medium, velvety, and thinned a bit by the pronounced sweet acidity, and its finish is uncomplicated caramel and vanilla but with a distinguished peppery lingering note.
