At CCS we take pride in providing timely, efficient, personalized service for our customers. We strive to keep our costs as reasonable as possible. We have had very few price increases since we opened CCS in 1982. Our last price increase was in 2003, ten years ago. This is an excellent record when compared to other value-added resellers.
Changes in our cost structure have made it necessary for us to adjust our current Support Pack prices. At present each hour of support, in a 10-hour Support Pack, is $130/hr. This will become $150/hr. The complete 10-hour Support Pack will then become $1,500.
Our basic 2-hour introductory Support Pack will be adjusted from $175/hr. to $200/hr. The complete Basic Support Pack will then become $400. The support price adjustments will become effective March 1, 2013.
Any support pack hours purchased before March 1, 2013 can be used as equivalent in value to the new support pack hours rate. To minimize the impact on your budget for 2013, you are encouraged to buy some support packs before March 1st. Each 10 hour support pack purchased at the current $1,300 price will save $200 over the new $1,500 price.
