Share this email with your friends: FacebookTwitterLike

While we hate to let go of summer, the official first day of fall has come and gone. And that means that it's time for apples, pumpkins, and squash to make their yearly debut! After all, fall is about more than a pumpkin spice latte or two. In this issue of our eNewsletter, we rounded up some of our favorite cozy essentials for this time of year. We promise after heading to the kitchen with these recipes in tow, you'll forget about those lazy, poolside days of summer and instead will be excited about the cooler temperatures to come.

Wait! Don't get out of your PJs just yet!

This autumn baked oatmeal is just about the coziest thing you could wake up to, other than your big knit blanket. This recipe is great for a quick weekday breakfast as it can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in the mornings or great for feeding a hungry weekend crowd before running off to play in the leaves or pick apples. Bring on the fall!

We hate to pick favorites, but fall soup flavors just can't be beat! This creamy (but cream-less) soup is certainly on the healthier side and is a perfect main or side dish at the lunch or dinner table. And if you're feeling a bit on the wild side, try switching out the butternut for pumpkin or another kind of squash!

If this recipe doesn't scream fall - we don't know what does! This pasta is certainly on the more decadent side of things, but oh my is it good! If time allows, we recommend making your own pasta dough, but if it doesn't you can use wonton wrappers as a quick, but still tasty shortcut! Yum yum yum!
