Perfect Potluck Recipes

Summertime entertaining means putting away the formal china and breaking out the melamine. Things are a little easier, a little more relaxed — but still just as delicious, especially with these recipes! These tasty dishes are perfect for potlucks because they’re either cold, hand-held or both! Not to mention, they feature some of our favorite summer produce. So dig right in, it’s time to host (or attend!) the perfect potluck.

We love this dish because it breaks away from traditional guacamole, which can turn brown when sitting out for long periods of time. Instead, the focus is on sweet summer corn — something we just can’t get enough of in these hot summer months!

OXO 3-in-1 Avocado Slicer

This savory pie combines our favorite summer produce with a cheesy herb mixture conveniently wrapped up into one hand-held slice. It’s rustic and free-form, just like the summer potluck. Feel-free to add in other summer veggies, the tomatoes won’t mind!

Lemon shortbread bars are the perfect way to round out a potluck! They’re bright, buttery and can be quite the palette cleanser after a meal with many flavors! Bars are also one of our favorites at a potluck because they can be cut as small (or large) as you want, they aren’t messy, and there’s no need for a plate!
