At both of our Cafe's, we're featuring an Affogato for this month's drink special. Our Affogato is made with a scoop of local Purity vanilla ice cream, drowned in a double shot of our award winning red rooster espresso, and topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Don't forget to stop by our Triphammer Marketplace location and grab some tasty treats for the grill. We now carry "T'Burg Griller" Pork Garlic Sausage from local butcher The Piggery. Featuring fresh garlic, organic black pepper and thyme, this versatile sausage is one of their long standing best sellers. If you're looking to switch things up, don't let the summer slip by without grilling up some Halloumi cheese. Made from a mixture of goat and sheep's milk, this Greek cheese is firm, salty and does uniquely well on the grill. Add it to a salad, kebab, or just eat on it's own.
