How do I delete an image?
Once an image is locked, it cannot be deleted. NCR Customer Connect displays a lock ( ) on the bottom left side of the image to indicate it's locked.

Images are locked as soon as the email using them is scheduled. If you'd like to change or reuse a locked image, select Edit and choose Save As to save the image with a new name. Changes can be made to the new image and used in an email.

If the image has not been scheduled in an email, you can delete it using the Manage/Images tab. Click Edit to edit the image and press the Delete this Image link.
