What happens if I cannot remember my Log In E-mail Address, Password or Both?
  • Can't remember the log in e-mail address used when signing up for NCR Customer Connect?

For assistance in retrieving your Log In E-mail Address please contact Support at support.retailapps@ncr.com. Support will retrieve this information for you.
 

  • Forgot your password?

If you chose this link to assist you with retrieving your password, navigate to the NCR Customer Connect log in screen and click on the Help me retrieve my Password link. You must enter your log in email address and press submit. A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address provided. After logging in, using the temporary password, you will be prompted to change it automatically. When prompted for the OLD Password, enter the temporary password that was provided to you through email.
 

  • Can't remember both your E-mail Address and Password?

If you have forgotten both your log in E-mail Address and Password, follow the instructions under Can't remember the log in e-mail address used when signing up for Customer Connect?. After Support provides you your E-mail Address, follow the instructions under Forgot your password?.
