We’re just not sure when he will arrive.
We are so appreciative of the many orders that you all have placed with us for the holidays and we realize that many of you are still looking for them to arrive. We pride ourselves on fulfilling most of the orders within 24 hours and we have been able to maintain that even in this crazy year. We are however at the mercy of the shipping companies once the packages leave our store. Though we are given an ETA on each package when we send it, they are not honoring those arrival dates. Unfortunately we are finding that the Postal Service is having extreme difficulties keeping timely deliveries. Once we discovered this lag with USPS we switched over to UPS at our added expense to keep things moving. We are, however, unable to assure you that any packages will arrive prior to December 25th.
We asking for your patience this season as these delivery companies face staff shortages coupled with higher volume since so many of us are utilizing mail order to maintain social distances and stay safe as the pandemic spikes again. Personally we are looking to celebrate not just one day, but a whole season so we don’t get too stressed out. Hopefully you are too! It is an unusual year to say the least, and we hope you are able to work with us through these challenges. Please know we are doing EVERYTHING in our power to fulfill your orders and your patience and understanding is truly appreciated.
