These mini parfaits are great for breakfasts, lunches or snacks! We recommend using unsweetened Greek yogurt for the biggest protein punch and topping with whatever fruit is in season and tasting yummy. You can also try out different granola recipes to continuously switch it up.

We’ll admit, these may not be the most nutritious after school snack in the world, but they are something the kids will come running for and certainly make for a great treat. Knife Sharpening at The Chef's Shop | |

ProSharp Mobile Sharpening will be at the Chef's Shop to sharpen your favorite knives. Our next knife sharpening day is Friday, September 28, 3-5 p.m. All types of knives and kitchen tools such as scissors can be sharpened. Come in and have your knives done while you shop, or you can drop them off anytime and pick them up at your convenience.
