We’re in that transitional time from summer to fall and these cozy recipes are just what we need to help us dive in and get excited about the colder temperatures ahead. These warm, home-cooked meals (and dessert) are perfect for cozy nights in, not to mention simple to throw together and feature some of our favorite fall produce. Now if that’s not something to get excited about, we don’t know what is! Bring on those colder temps!

We’ve probably said it before, but soup season is definitely one of our favorite seasons! And a good arsenal of soup recipes is nearly essential for surviving the colder months, so make sure this recipe is in there! It’s creamy (but cream-less) and oh so delicious! We recommend experimenting with different toppings to spice things up a bit.
