Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a novice chef known for setting off the smoke alarm, there’s always room for learning in the kitchen. There are many lessons to be learned, and certainly not enough time in this email, so we recommend taking these skills and adding them to your arsenal. The more you learn, the grander your fundamental techniques to use again and again in everyday cooking.

If there’s one meal we recommend mastering — it’s breakfast! Breakfast is the foundation to your day so you might as well start out strong. While eggs are also a skill worth mastering, we thought we’d take it up a level with these fluffy, homemade pancakes. But have no fear, they’re about as simple as they could be!
