Brrr-Running Weather!
Temps have certainly dipped thanks to the "Bomb Cyclone" affecting the east coast.  Running outdoors is still possible when you're dressed properly. (You'll be wishing for these temps in July.) We recommend wearing a base layer to wick moisture, a mid-layer that breathes to regulate your temperature and an outer layer for insulation and protection from the wind. Make sure you're wearing gloves and if temps dip into the single digits or below, limit your time to 30 minutes especially if you've got any skin that is exposed so you don't suffer from frostbite.

If you're looking for a mid-layer, we would recommend our new RUNATL 1/4 Zip Pullovers. Once temps warm up a bit, they'll also make a great outer layer for moderate temps. These great looking, lightweight RUNATL pullovers are packed with features including breathable underarm gussets, invisible-zip back pocket for the women and a zip-chest pocket for the men, thumb-loop cuffs, and the 1/4 zipper front to vent when you need to cool off. They're now available at all 7 Big Peach Running Co. locations and online.
