This weekend will be one of celebrations and remembrance, with both Cornell Graduation and Memorial Day goings-on.

New From Burundi
This new coffee box is made up of two coffees from Burundi. Both come from the Mpanga Region of the Kayanza province. Both were milled by Mr. Jean Clement Birabereye. One of the coffees was processed in the full-natural/sundried style, where the coffee fruit is picked and dried intact on raised African beds before being dry milled. The other is fully washed where the coffees were picked, then pulped, fermented and finally washed and dried on raised beds. Both coffees are roasted identically to highlight the differences resultant from their dissimilar processing methods.

Cheese Special
Paglierino, meaning 'straw' in Italian, is a sheep's milk cheese made by a Casa Madaio dairy farm in Cilento, Campania, Italy. The young cheese is aged for two to three months. During ripening the cheese develops straw coloured rind with sweet, complex aroma and compact, elastic texture. The flavors are mild and creamy, underpinned by citrusy and grassy notes. Try it with quince paste and prosciutto. It pairs well with Dry Rose and Pinot Noir
