Update 
 
We hope you and yours are all staying well! In order to best serve both you and our employees, we want to make you aware of some ways that you can order from us that minimize in-store contact:
 
1) Online Ordering-Our new online store is live and you can shop here. You may select to have the items shipped or select in-store pickup and we will bring items out to you (please note modified store hours below). We are also offering free delivery on purchases over $50 in the following zip codes: 60201, 60202, 60091, 60093, 60076, 60043. We will ship orders over $50 for free and shipping for orders under this amount is just $4.95. We are out of many of our popular immune products, but have added some that are not yet on our website. If you don't find what you need, please call us to check for alternatives. 
2) Curbside Pickup-If online ordering is not your thing, call us in the store. We will process your order and you can call us when you arrive at our curb. We will bring it out to you.
3) Delivery-If you cannot get to us, we are happy to deliver to you. You may order online as noted above, or you can call the store.
3) Modified Hours (Starting 3/19/20):
Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm
Saturday 10:00am-3:00 pm
Sunday 12-3 pm
The store will be open for pickup during the above hours. If you have any issues with this timing please call us and we will make alternate arrangements. 
 
We have also made the following policies to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible and to ensure that everyone has what they need:
 
1) Please Stay Home if You Are Ill-Thankfully we have not had customers coming in the store with any symptoms. We appreciate this and will do our best to get things to you if you need them. All of our employees are currently well and we would like to keep it this way!
2) No Returns on Items Purchased March 9th-Date TBD- Due to the extreme nature of what we are facing right now, purchases made during this time period will be non-refundable/exchangeable. While we recognize that not all products are always a fit, during this time we cannot safely accept returned products that have been in environments that are unknown to us. We appreciate your understanding and will return to our usual return policy once it is safe to do so. 
3) Limited Quantities- In order to be fair to everyone involved, we may limit the number of certain products that you can buy. This will apply to items for which we have heavy demand and are in short supply. We are doing our best to keep the shelves stocked with the products that you need, but please be open to alternate brands that may be different than you normally use. 
4) No Testers-We have removed all of the testers from our shelves and ask that you don't browse and touch things until it is safe to do so.
5) Gloves- We've noticed that many of you that are coming to the store are wearing gloves and we strongly encourage this practice.
6) No Public Bathroom- While we have let customers use our bathroom in the past, we are only allowing use by employees currently.
7) 24 Hour Hold- Due to increased demand for products, we will only be able to hold items for you for 24 hours. If you need a longer hold, you are welcome to make a purchase over the phone. 
 
 
If You Experience Symptoms:
 
1) CALL YOUR DOCTOR. Many doctor's offices currently have online or phone appointments.
2) Supplements that we have been recommending are for strengthening the immune system and ensuring that you can mount an effective response if exposed. You should NOT treat yourself if you contract the virus.
 
We just got a shipment in that includes Sambucus Elderberry Immune Syrup, Sambucus Elderberry gummies with zinc (adult and children's), and Sambucus Elderberry Lozenges. We are also expecting more zinc capsules shortly and will be getting in more combination immune products at the end of the week.
 
 
I want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to protect both you and our employees. If the situation warrants it, we may post a sign on our door asking you to remain in your car and we will bring items out to you. In the meantime STAY HEALTHY!
