How to Enable Recurrence on an Email
To enable recurrence:

1. Choose Send Later on Step 8
2. Enter a Send date: - the date & time entered is the day to start the email recurrence, the email will not be sent on this date unless it falls within the recurrence schedule.

For example, with the following setup an email would NOT be sent on 3/2/12 at 9:00 AM:
Today's date = 3/1/12
Send date = 3/2/12 9:00 AM
Recurrence = Weekly - Wednesday - no end date
The email is not sent on 3/2/12, because it's not a Wednesday.

In this example, an email would be sent on 3/2/12 at 9:00 AM.
Today's date = 3/1/12
Send date = 3/2/12 9:00 AM
Recurrence = Weekly - Friday - no end date
The email is sent on 3/2/12, because it's a Friday.

3. Check the box labeled "Enable Recurrence". Selecting this check box expands the screen allowing you to create a recurring schedule. These following steps will help you schedule your recurring email.

a. Select whether you want the email to be sent Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly

b. If you selected:
  • Daily - choose to send the email Every __ day(s) or Every weekday

Examples:
Every 5 day(s) means the email is sent every 5 days, counting weekend days, from the email send date.
Every weekday means the email is sent on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri, from the email send date.

  • Weekly - choose how often you would like to send the email: Recur every __ week(s). Next choose which day(s) of the week to send the email on - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri (more than 1 day can be selected).

Examples:

Recur every 3 week(s) with a Fri selection means the email is sent every 3 weeks on Friday.

  • Monthly - choose to send the email on Day __ of every __ month(s) or The ___ ___ of every __ month(s). Both of these options allow you to send email on a specific day of the month.

Examples:
Day 2 of every 3 month(s) means the email is sent on the 2nd calendar day of the month every 3 months after the scheduled send date.
The Fourth Wednesday of every 2 month(s) means the email is sent on the 4th Wednesday of the month every 2 months after the scheduled send date.

  • Yearly - choose to send the email on Every __ __ or The ___ ___ of ___.

Examples:
Every July 30 means the email is sent every year on July 30th.
The Second Tuesday of July means the email is sent every year on the 2nd Tuesday of July.
