Stop by this Friday and Saturday as we feature one of our new ICC Press Recipes! In December we added our new line of ICC Press Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) and Balsamic Vinegars sourced from Italy. All varieties have been available to sample at out Triphammer store, and we’ve been loving your feedback! With so many distinct flavors and textures we’ve had a lot of fun experimenting with different uses for each variety, and decided to share some ideas with all of you. We will be putting out some recipe cards with samples as often as possible, which we hope will inspire your own culinary explorations!
