We are excited to welcome you back into our stores as of Wednesday June 3! We wanted to thank all of you who took the time to answer the survey we sent last week about reopening. The comments were overwhelmingly positive and greatly appreciated. Below you will find answer to the most frequently asked questions and some of our opening information! Our Hours Because we have a limited staff and more cleaning to do we have tried to adjust our hours accordingly. These hours will change as we all become more accustomed to the "new normal".         For the immediate future our hours are:   Impressions                     Dark Horse Mon-Sat 9-6                         Mon-Sat 11-6 Sun 10 -4                               Sun 11-4    We will also be available by appointment as needed and curbside pick up will still be available. Just call us at 518-587-0666 for assistance.   Our website is being updated by our friends at Mannix Marketing, it is going to be wonderful! Some of you had suggestions for our online store so keep an eye out for that in the next few weeks! Our online store is open 24 hours a day! Our New Procedures   We have been doing lots of cleaning and are prepared for our doors to open. We have a few new policies and procedures. Here are some highlights and you are welcome to see our entire PLAN HERE.               Squeaky Clean Constantly cleaning commonly used areas Sanitizing stations set up throughout the stores Floors and carpets were sanitized Surfaces/products were cleaned (and will continue to be)   Social Safety Masks are required to come into the stores (we will be wearing them too) Stickers have been placed on the floor to mark six foot intervals for people waiting in line Plexiglas has been installed at both counters Isolating garments for 24 hours after they are handled Encouraging people to look but not touch Your Questions Answered   We wanted to answer some of the questions that were asked in the survey:   Will we be allowing dogs? Yes, our furry friends are still welcome and we still have treats and water for them!   Do we have new Saratoga Porch Packages coming out? Yes, and you can create a completely custom by stopping in or giving us a call at 518-587-0666.   Will the number of people in the store be limited? Yes, we will have limits on how many people are in each store at any one time.   Do we have masks for sale? Yes, we have locally made horse themed fabric face masks and we are working on a fun new "Saratoga Springs" themed gaiter coming out in the next few weeks!   If you have any specific questions please call us at 518-587-066
