Organically grown in the rich volcanic soild of West-central Colombia. The coffee varieties are a blend of Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo. The coffee is wash processed sun-dried.

This weekend kicks off Finger Lakes Cider week and Apple Fest! In honor of that, we thought we'd highlight some of our apple and cider related products...
Fresh Beak & Skiff apple cider is now in our cooler and tasty as ever! To make mulled cider try the Aspen Cider Spices, a delicious and classic combination of spices which makes ordinary cider extraordinary.
For apple flavor with a kick try Stonewall Kitchen's Apple Jalapeno Jelly. They take roasted apples and mix in fiery jalapeños to make their Apple Jalapeño Jelly. Serve with cream cheese and crackers for a quick appetizer or use as a glaze on chicken or pork for an after-work gourmet meal.
For a down home good flavor try Red Jacket apple butter on toast or with cheese and crackers!
Sipping a hard cider is one of the most delicious ways to enjoy apples! A great selection of hard ciders are available for carry out in our tavern. From whiskey barrel aged, to hopped, to just plain good, many of the ciders we carry are local as well!

This tea is an honored tradition dating back to the Tang Dynasty (~618 AD). Hand-picked leaves are roasted in small batches in a wok. This roasting gives the tea a distinct flat shape, deep green color, and toasty flavor. A low temperature water (160-170) with a quick steep time (1-2 minutes) is the ideal way to enjoy the true flavor of this tea. Origin: Hangzhou, China

Coffee Special
Yemen Rayyan Mill (packaged coffee)
Sun dried in traditional Yemeni fashion, this coffee has a fragrance of strawberry, currants, and marmalade, hinting at the sweetness to be revealed when it is brewed. The brewed coffee aroma is sweet and lightly floral with a touch of toasted coconut. Its flavor is intensely sweet, bordering on sugary, with a note of light maple syrup, strawberries, and a malty pastry note that is close to fresh Belgian waffles. Overall the coffee is ripe with berry flavors, it has a high-toned fruity acidity, and medium light syrupy body. Due to the difficulty of exporting this coffee this will be a fairly limited availability, so try some while it is around.
