Harney & Sons "Paris" Tea
This is a fine black tea infused with currant, caramel, and citrus flavors, and a hint of Bergamot. To make it especially good, Lorri suggests adding a little eggnog to the tea instead of cream!

On Shelves Now! And Available Online!
Each year we roast a selection of ultra-premium coffees. For the past four years that has meant an ongoing relationship with Lions Gate Farms Kona Estate. Their coffee is 100% Estate Grown Kona, which means that 100% of the coffee they sell comes from their 10-acre coffee farm. The estate is planted with heirloom Kona trees, which are between 60 and 100 years old--by comparison, most coffee trees are replaced after 10-15 growing seasons when they begin to produce fewer coffee cherries. The trees at Lions Gate continue to produce abundantly due to the Hawaiian climate. The maturity of the trees gives the coffee an amazing depth beyond any classically grown Kona. The coffee cherries are harvested by hand, after which the coffee is wet milled on the estate before being moved onto covered, raised drying tables for careful drying.
Also just in... a fresh roast of the Colombia Gesha from La Esperanza!
