Drinking Irish beer has long been the primary method of celebrating St. Patrick's day in America, and finely crafted beer has been a tradition in Ireland for many generations. Irish beer comes in many styles, from the dark Irish Stout to Reds, Ambers, and Lagers, each one flavorful and unique. This year both Ithaca Coffee Company Taverns will be hosting extra happy hours on St. Patrick's Day this Saturday March 17th from 5-7pm. We'll have several Irish choice brews on tap!

Packaged Coffee
Costa Rica La Cereza Roja, Natural Process is grown by Coopetarrazu at 1,300-1,600 M.A.S.L. The blend of both Caturra, and Catuai varieties are sorted to select only ripe, red coffee cherries to the exclusion of anything that doesn't meet the rigorous quality standard. It is then carefully dried on patios using the fully natural process, where the cherry is dried intact before milling to remove the unwanted skin and fruit from the coffee. Its aromas are of chocolate, almonds, and butter, and the flavors have notes of chocolate, graham cracker, and berry. The acidity is mellow and sweet and the body is rich and heavy with a dark caramel, currant, and spice finish.
